newCardigan is registered as a non-profit association in Victoria, Australia. An organising committee is elected by members annually. We operate under the newCardigan Rules of Association.
newCardigan has a Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy and we enforce it when necessary. Our Code of Conduct, and Anti-Harassment Policy apply at all newCardigan events and spaces whether online or in physical space.
