December is a busy time so we’ve decided to take it easy this month and indulge in a little death tourism. Come wander Fremantle Cemetery following the heritage walking trail and visit historic sites such as Bon Scott Gate, and Charles Yelverton O’Connor’s grave.
Throw a critical eye to the site and debate who gets representation and who doesn’t (and why!), get inspired for your own heritiage walking tours, or just enjoy a day among the graves and greenery. Afterwards we’ll head to a local pub to discuss libraries, life, and learnings.
