cardiParty 2018-08 at the Heathcote Gallery

Registration is closed for this event
This innovative gallery is located within the Heathcote complex and hosts regular exhibitions from local artists, as well as a museum detailing the history of the Heathcote site.

Jana Braddock is the Gallery Curator for the Heathcote Gallery and a visual artist. Originally from South Australia, Jana has a focus on contemporary art and public engagement. Jana will give us an overview of the gallery and two of the artists will talk to us about the ‘Double Brick’ exhibition.

Double Brick is an artistic exploration in how the humble brick can become a powerful motif to examine our historical, cultural and economic desires for a stable home of our own.
